....that's what I am. Work is stressful right now, a grant deadline of June 30th, a 3 day course that I have not even LOOKED at the homework (which will take hours), incorporating the Partnership (lawyers, policies, tax forms, etc), reorganization of committees, new leadership, and then the "regular" stuff that I SHOULD be doing but don't seem to have the time.
I need to take a few breaths and remind myself that I am PART-TIME and that I can only do so much. I just don't feel like I am doing any one thing GREAT, just lots of things "good".
Friday is my review - hopefully we'll talk more about hiring another person......
