Random Update

Well - I had my first "nice" dream in a LOOOOONG time the other nite. In it, we had an ultrasound and found out the baby was a girl. It was healthy and happy, just floating and flopping away. I remember feeling so happy and relieved in my dream. TO know the baby was OK. And - excited it was a girl! I won't know for sure, however, until either mid-Dec. or early January. I could get an u/s in mid-Dec, but, I think we might wait until Jan. due to insurance changes and the fact that it would be cheaper to wait. BUT.....not sure I can hold out that long!!

Yesterday was Olivia's 3 year check - all is good - she is as tall as she weighs - 39/39 - ha! After the checkup it was time for flu shots. I thought we'd start with Isabel but she screamed like we were going to murder her and ran to the door and clung at the door. So I thought - OK, let's do Lucy. Lucy sat down, got the shot - didnt' flinch, didn't cry - NOTHING!! I thought that would calm Isa, but NOOOOOO. Screaming, face red, flailing around - we had to do her in the leg as I pinned her down on the table. UGH. Kind of funny, in a way.......the little one doesn't even care - the older one will probably be anxiety ridden for a few months.

Other than that, my in-laws will be here for Thanksgiving, so that will be nice. We won't have to travel, but we will have family here with us. We'll probably make a trip to the Civic Center for the Festival of Trees - if you haven't gone you should - it's beautiful!

OH........My sister had her baby girl!! Winifred (Winnie) Rose Spector - 7lbs something....the smallest of her 3 babies. She is adorable (of course) and they are home and doing well!!

That's all for now......
