The other day Isabel came downstairs with this get-up and asked "will you marry me"? She's into princesses & princes and getting married lately. I thought it was funny how she used the slip as a veil. From her perspective, she doesn't really know what the slip would be for - and how could it be a skirt when you see through it? So, naturally, it's a veil. I would have never thought to put it on my head and pretend to be a bride. But after she was done with it, I tried it and it looked cute! Isn't it nice to see the world through another pair of eyes?
